Kevin Perdigues
Founder & CEO
With over 10 years’ experience as a Chef in some of the most prestigious establishments as well as high volume kitchens, Kevin knows first-hand the frustrations of existing paper systems in restaurants and the opportunities that present in transforming dockets to digital.
Aside from persevering everyday to positvely impact restaurants’ social and environmental footprint, Kevin loves pasta and amuses himself handwalking with his son.
Shaheem Siddiqui
Lead developer
Shaheem plays a fundamental part in developing SKO’s docket software. With 5+ years working as a Software Developer, he holds the utmost creativity, passion, and drive to implement a docket system that will continue to make life easier for SKO’s community.
Outside of work, Shaheem uses his technical abilities to get stuck into DIY projects. His latest invention included designing a custom duct for a newly fitted kitchen exhaust!
Rodrigo Godoy
Installation & support technician
Rodrigo started his career in IT and eventually took another path by choosing to become a chef. 6 years later, he met Kevin, at Barefoot Bar & Grill, who was persuading him that the SKO system would make his every day easier. He wasn’t convinced at first but has now become part of our team and is putting every energy and passion towards our mission!
On his days off, Rod enjoys spending time with his wife, gardening, and watching sports.
Gayan Kulatilleke
Chief Technology Officer
Gayan is a Researcher (PhD) and Data Engineer (MSc) with 20+ years of experience. With an impressive list of achievements across AI, ML, and Software Development, Gayan’s wealth of knowledge helps strengthen SKO’s technical solution and deliver exponential results.
While he’s not delving into the latest AI advancements, Gayan enjoys travelling far and wide; exploring diverse food cultures.
Ethan Deck
Community facilitator
With hands-on experience working as a baker and bartender, Ethan understands the ins and outs of what it’s like working in a hospitality environment. He has witnessed how technological changes can positively impact a kitchen and is determined to help SKO customers receive great results.
In his downtime, Ethan loves to keep active by mountain biking and has a keen interest in the Rugby Union and Muay Thai.
